Restrictions
After your tattoo session, please refrain from the following activities to ensure proper healing:
- Caffeine and Energy Drinks: Avoid for at least 2 hours.
- Alcohol: Refrain from consumption for 2 days.
- Exercise: Avoid gym activities and excessive sweating for 5 days.
- Sauna, Swimming, and Sun Exposure: Limit these activities for 3 weeks.
- Scratching: Do not scratch or pick at the tattoo for 4 weeks.
It is crucial to protect your tattoo from direct sun exposure, as tattooed skin can burn more easily due to the pigment. Always cover your tattoo or apply SPF 50 sunscreen to shield it from harmful UV rays.
